Cepea, January 15, 2026 – The 2025/26 offseason, which starts in January/26 and ends in March/26, can still register firm prices for sellers. Besides the demand, which can continue firm, low inventories of ethanol in the Central-South may also sustain values. On the other hand, the 2026/27 season, which officially starts in April/26, may be focused on sugar prices in the international market and on the increase of the ethanol production, especially due to the risk that the supply increases more than the demand
