Cepea, June 16, 2017 – Despite the cold weather at arabica crops in northern Paraná, São Paulo and southern Minas, the harvesting of the 2017/18 season advanced without any problems in the first fortnight of June. Only some areas were hit by frosts, which should not hamper the Brazilian production.
In that period, harvesting was more advanced in the regions of Cerrado Mineiro and northwestern Paraná, with nearly 13% of the beans harvested in each one
