Cepea, December 17 2018 – According to Cepea surveys, the amount of hydrous ethanol traded in the first week of December was the largest in all Cepea series, which started in 2002. The volume marketed in that period was also 78% higher than that from the last week of November/18 and more than two-fold that from early December/17.
This scenario was linked to the demand increase, due to the nearness of the holiday season
